Late night counter service at Disney Springs?

Our plane lands at 8:50, so we'll be trying to check in and make it to Disney Springs in time to have Guest Services activate AP, prioritize tickets, buy TIW, etc etc. We will probably also be interested in getting some counter service with our DP. I'm guesstimating it should be around 11 by that time. What is open in that area? Are we able to precheck in with a room preference so we can stop at DS before the resort?

If you look on the Disney Springs site, it will give you the hours for all of the restaurants. Looks like most of them close between 11 pm - midnight, so you can probably find something. Are you renting a car or taking DME? If you are renting a car, you can stop at DS first. If you are on DME, they can only drop you off at your hotel.
