Late May Crowds?

Can anyone comment on crowd levels the last couple of weeks of May? With summer vacation right around the corner, do things pick up the entire week of Memorial Day (or the week before for that matter)?

We're considering a Wednesday - Saturday visit sometime in late May. I don't think I want to be there the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. So I'm wondering about arriving 2 days after Memorial Day.

Any comments? What can we expect for standby times? 15min? 30min? 45min?

IMHO, it is one of the BEST times of they year to go to Disney! The crowds are minimal and the weather is beautiful. We initially planned on going in May of next year but bumped it up to October (our second favorite time to go).

OH if you could avoid Memorial Day weekend, do so. We went around the 15th and it was great, my friend went the week after and she said the same thing, I have heard horror stories about Memorial Day.
