I'm hoping I can convince dh into booking another cruise for early 2019. We can go anytime during that time frame, however in order for dd to not miss any school, we would try to book during her Spring break. I just found out that her Spring break won't be until the very end of March. I'm guessing prices will probably be higher mid-March through most of April since most schools are on Spring break then? We went on a SWDAS Jan 2017 and I noticed that the prices for the 2018 SWDAS were higher than we paid, so I'm nervous about the prices for 2019. Don't really care about doing another SWDAS, so hoping Fantasy has some dates that don't include it. Wish the Magic had some 7 nights.

I agree with you on wishing the classics had some 7 nights during that time period. I’ve been tracking that time period for years now. The good news is that it’s not near Easter this year so that helps a lot. The bad news is that usually January is some of the cheapest prices.

Keep in mind when looking prices that that the last week of March in 2018 is right before Easter weekend were as Easter is April 21 in 2019 so the price may not be too expensive.

What I find frustrating is they don't vary their sailings. I can only go second week in March. Both the Magic and the Fantasy are on Easterns then. I've done that and will have done it twice. Time for a Western, so it would be nice if they switched it up in the year.

I am looking at that week as well b/c it's our spring break and Easter is not until April 21st, so I think there is a decent chance that it will be reasonably (for Disney) priced.

I believe the cruises the week before and the week of Easter are typically the most expensive of the spring break-ish time cruises. We sailed on the April 2-9 Fantasy in 2016 (Easter was 3/27 that year) for our spring break and it was priced much better than any 7 night Fantasy for any other week our kids would normally be off from school (summer, Christmas week) and was definitely less expensive than the cruise that departed on 3/26/16.
