Late March 2013 offers expected at all?

Do people expect there to be any room/dining discounts for late March 2013? My son loves Splash Mountain so much that we don't want to go to Disney until it's back open on March 20 (or we'll go a few days prior to this as long as there's a few days w/ride open). I heard because Easter is March 31 this is peak time and there aren't ever discounts for late March. Any advice on this??

Where is the information on the Splash Mountain Closing? I looked on ALL Ears and it wasn't listed there. We are staying until the 23rd, so I think we should be able to do it the last day since we always end with MK. I'm just wondering if there are any other closures that i'm not seeing on All Ears.

Also, it's possible there could be late March offers still to come. On the other thread about March discounts, someone mentioned asking a CM and being told that there could possibly be some discounts released in December or January. Also, there is currently an AP discount running, and most people think that will eventually open up to the public.
