Late lunch at Ariel's Grotto--worth it?

I currently have a 2:40 reservation at Ariel's Grotto in two weeks. We are doing EMH at DCA that day. However, my daughter is princess mad and I thought maybe this would be a good way to knock several of them out at once. Plus, the food looks ok. It's really late, but we could snack throughout the day? I was also thinking it would give us an earlier afternoon break so we can figure out if we want to keep going or go back to the hotel.

Does that sound crazy-late? I don't know why I'm second guessing this booking.

I think this is a great time to do AG. It's also right in the middle of the busiest time of the day, so I say go for it.

Sounds good to me... Do you have concerns besides eating late? We often eat at unusual times at theme parks to avoid waiting in lines for food, so that wouldn't phase us at all...

No, pretty much the eating late. I wasn't sure if it would throw off the whole day. I know the kids won't starve or anything, but then when would we eat dinner (or maybe skip it? more snacks!) and we have an early EMH the next day too. But no dining reservations. This would be our only dining reservation.

If you are doing EMH, I would try for a late breakfast or early lunch. 4-5 hours of touring doesn't sound like that long but my crew would need a big meal way before then.
