Late flight from Miami

Our flight home from Miami just got pushed back 3 hours to 4:00 PM. There are lots of posts on what to do for late flights out of Orlando but I have not seen anything for Miami. Does anyone have any ideas? Group of 9 including 4 teenage girls. Thanks!

There is a really good DCL tour of Miami you could do that includes the transfer to the airport.

With the amount of you however this could work out expensive as $59 per person so it might be worth looking for some sort of private tour of Miami instead. There is a lot to see and the bus tour has 3 different routes. I found it great to use the day as my flight wasn't until 9pm so had a long time to hang around.
