If my flight is dued to arrive at Orlando at 9:45PM would DME still pull by bags and deliver to hotel? I really don't want to have to lug my bags all the way to my hotel room since I won't get to the hotel till like 10:30 using DME. I have a back problem and lugging my bags is a problem and I will be staying at POP for the first couple of nights.

I'll give you a qualified 'probably'. But..if your flight is 15 mins late, all bets are off. Do you really want to take that chance?? If I were arriving at any time after 9:15, I wouldn't tag my bags for DME pickup. I would just go get them myself.
Also....it may very well take you longer to get to your resort. If you land at 9:45, you should get to the DME area by 10. Then you would have to walk directly from the checkin point to the bus, get on the bus right away, and then have the bus pull away as you were being seated, in order to get to your resort by 10:30. More likely it will take you close to 70 mins. The shortest time I have had, in multiple DME uses, was 50 mins...and the stars all aligned perfectly for that one. Quickly walked from the gate to the tram..got right onto the tram, hopped off and quickly walked to the DME counter where I was able to walk right up and have my vouchers stamped, then off to the bus line where I was able to get right on a bus and then have a wait of about 8 mins before heading out. THat never happened again!!
