Late entry tix discount??

Flying into Tampa for business next Tues., have all afternoon & evening to myself & thinking about driving to WDW for a quick visit but don't want to use any of my hopper days for my real trip the following week or spend $53 for just a few hours.. does
WDW offer reduced admission after a certain time? Probably too much to ask for huh!

Unfortunately you are right, it is too much to ask for - at least in the eyes of Disney.

I would take advantage of some of the Disney "freebies" - spending time at the Boardwalk, Downtown Disney, or some resort touring. Or perhaps an evening at Pleasure Island? Or a character meal at Chef Mickey's?

I hope that you find something "Disney" to fill your time!

Cirque du soleil is an option and worth its ticket price of around $70

The only place I have heard/seen offer a discount for an "after 4pm" ticket is Knotts Berry Farm in California.

What about heading over to Universal's CityWalk with an Adult $8.95 Party Pass and Party on down!!

That's what I was afraid of... actually many of our local parks offer discounted entry after 4pm-Six Flags, Dorney Park, etc.. Since I'm going to be there just a week later I won't be too heart broken! maybe Busch Gardens would be a better choice for the day since it is closer to where I'll be-or just sit by the pool with drinks & catch up on my tan!

Do you think you may have another trip within 12 months. Trade in your Hopper pass towards an AP. At one time the water parks offered a discount later in the day but I think they stopped that.

Unfortunately I won't be going back for at least another 2 years--yikes! I went in today & mentioned it to my boss who is accompanying me on the trip, he's never been - gasp! - so he was up for it no matter the full price tix! We went in 11/01 & I told my husband we should by AP's but he poopoo'd the idea... now look how much $ I could have saved Didn't dream that I'd go 3x in 1 year!!
