Late Entry Tickets @ WDW

Does WDW have tickets where if you enter later in the day they are reduced? Reason I ask is when we went to Disney Land last summer, we were offered a discounted tickets at the Disney Land Hotel to enter the park(s) for nearly 30-40% cheaper if we entered after 4PM.

I have been at a convention in Orlando where the convention attendees could get special half day single park tickets, but I think that was a special arrangement between the convention organizers and WDW.

Oh - yes - that was right! It WAS during the convention I was attending at the DL Hotel that the promo was offered to me.
