Late EMH???

One of the perks for staying on property is Extra Magic hours. I can see needing a Magic Band to get in early, but how do they "police" that for later hours? In Sept the EMH are from 8-10pm.....if people are already in the park, do they just let them stay even if they arent on property....or do they scan you before each ride?TIA

They can shop but cannot ride rides. It works out well for those that are staying off site or don't want to take advantage of EMH, and also and don't want to leave the parks during the mass exodus immediately after the nighttime show.
