Late DME

I know there are new rules for late arrivals...after 10pm you need to pick up and bring your luggage to the coach. My flight is scheduled to arrive at 9:34 pm...if it's late am I still required to p/u my bags? If we land at 9:45 but don't deboard until 10:05? Is it when I land or when I get to DME?

Does anyone know how this is being handled?

I love having to not worry about my bags...but I suppose I'd rather be safe than sorry.

I don't know the answer but for my trip in December my flight is scheduled to land at 8:50. I really do not want my luggage being delivered at 11:00 at night so I am going to get my luggage and take in on the ME bus.
But then I'm travelling solo so its just one bag.
