Late Chef Mickey

We have a late dinner ressie for Chef Mickey (9:10 pm) and I just noticed they stop dinner at 9:30 . It is the only time I could get during our trip. My questions are is the food still going to be ok and will the characters still be there to meet with us?

Yes the food will be fine, as for the characters I would assume they will still be circulating as it doesn't state otherwise. WDW knows people eat there to see them, so if they aren't there that late I would expect it would be posted as such.
