Late Breakfast Reservation?

Hi! I'm looking at booking a breakfast at Boma around 10:30 or 10:45. How does it work when you have a reservation that late? Do you feel rushed to get food before they take everything off the buffet?

Was just about to ask the same thing regarding the breakfast buffet at The Wave....

We routinely do late buffets, and I have never felt rushed.
