Late Breakfast at Tusker or Crystal Palace

Two questions please:

Which breakfast is better (food wise) Tusker House with Donald or Crystal Palace?

How late can you make an ADR? (The hours are 8am-10:30am) I do not want to make an 8am as I would feel rushed trying to make sure we were all done by park opening so I thought of a later breakfast. Again I do not want to be rushed so when should (or have you) made your ADR for breakfast & had enough time to enjoy it without them rushing you out to start lunch?

I have breakfast ADRs at both places for 10:20. Part of me almost HOPES they rush me out. By that I mean that I hope the fact that it's cutting close to lunch, the staff will be on the ball and make sure we get our ticket taken care of in a reasonable amount of time, etc. Don't want to be rushed, but don't want to be sitting there waiting forever for them to get us taken care of.

We love Tusker House for breakfast, we have been to Crystal Palace twice and it is good, we just enjoy TH much better.

We have 10:20 ADR's at Crystal Palace in early May. Initially I had them for 9:15 so that we could eat breakfast just after watching the rope drop show, but then a friend pointed out to me that the best time to visit Fantasyland is just after rope drop before it gets too crowed, so I changed it to 10:20. Now our plan is to spend time in Fantasyland before heading to our "brunch".

We also have ADR's at Tusker House for breakfast on another day, but in this instance we made them for 8:30 (before the park opens).

We always do this too anytime we do a breakfast ADR. We are going the second week in May and also have a 10:20 time at CP and had the same exact time last year too. Early morning touring time is too precious to us so we tour first, eat later and do a counter service for dinner. Doing that also gives us a little extra evening touring time since CS is much faster to do than TS.

Also to OP, we have never been rushed out. In fact at CP we have been fortunate enough to have gotten extra character time because we were at the end of breakfast but before the lunch crowd arrived (not guaranteed of course).

I've found that when we book the late breakfast at Crystal Palace, the stuff starts disappearing before we can go back for seconds. They have lunch all set up on one side and let the stuff on the other side just disappear as the trays are emptied.

I don't know about Tusker House. I've eaten breakfast there twice and both times were early.

When we do the very late breakfast at CP, we make sure to hit the buffet right away and get as many eggs and fruit (et cetera) as we think we could possibly eat.

We think the breakfast food is much better at TH than at CP.

We like TH better than CP for breakfast also. We do late ADR's since we come from the left coast and don't get up too early. 10:20 is perfect for us. We have never been rushed and the food is fresh and being replenished up to the very end.

I prefer the food at Tusker House too. I have eaten here several times at 10:20 and really like that time. I can ride both expedition everest and the safari all before breakfast and then spend the afternoon taking in all the shows I want to see at AK.

I cannot recall ever feeling rushed to finish a meal at TH. They may start prepping for lunch and putting out lunch foods, but you will be able to sample that fare too.
