Late breakfast at Crystal Palace

Has anyone entered MK at RD (9AM) then had a late breakfast (around 10:30) at Crystal Palace? Do they continue to serve a variety of choices or do they start to clear and not replenish as it gets closer to lunch buffet being set up?

We used to go for the later breakfast (10:30-10:45) and did notice them starting to switch over and close down one side of the buffet. We also noticed that the later it got, the longer it took to see the characters. We now book around 9:45 and find it much more pleasant.

WE did a 10:20 I think bfast a few years ago and there was still plenty of fresh food & all choices out. They were closing down one side to change to lunch. I liked it because we didn't feel rushed to get done by park opening like with an 8:00am ADR. SO food wise it seemed the same as when I've done early ADRs.

We've done the last breakfast seating many times on EMH days. The food was just as plentiful on those days as our earlier seatings, but they did start to clean up about 30 minutes after we got there, so it's pretty important to eat quickly if you want to be able to make multiple trips to the buffet. The good thing is that you get some more face time with the characters as it's not as busy as the earlier times.

If they start closing up the breakfast buffet do you have access to the lunch portion of the buffet? If not are you limited in the time that you have to eat because they are closing the line?
