Late booking

People are always asking about late booking success.

I found a $95 round trip airfare on SW today for the weekend of April 24. So I booked it. (I used an existing credit I had on SW so it "feels" like a free ticket LOL) I have a free rental car coupon for the weekend. So I booked a car.

Then on a whim I called Member Services. I got a studio at OKW for April 24 and April 25. Less then 30 days out. I wanted OKW since what I really want is relaxing weekend. So besides a visit or two to the Flower Festival I plan to sit by the pool and rent a bike.

This is going to have to be a budget trip, but so far my out of pocket expenses are $10 for rental car fees and my meals. Not bad.
