Me and my DD are arriving at 11:30 pm at MCO. Wondered if anyone knew how the airport was at this time of night for being busy and security. I know we have to get our own luggage on level two and then go to ME on level one. Any tips would be great thanks.princess:

that the airport will be very busy at that time of night. As for security, do you mean being safe at the airport? I think you'll be as safe as any other time of day provided you use normal and reasonable caution. There will be a security presence but don't go looking for trouble (dark corners, leaving DD alone etc). If you mean TSA, you don't go through "security" upon arrival.

Get on the tram from the gate area to the main terminal (first ride at WDW!!). Go down to level 2 & get your bags. One note here - if your baggage claim area is on side "A" of the main terminal, and you'll know when you get there, you must return to the 3rd level and cross over to side "B" before going down to the 1st level. You cannot get to DME from the "A" side of the terminal. DME is on the far left side of level 1 when FACING the rental counters.

Its really not hard once you get there but can be difficult to visualize before then. Don't worry, it'll be fine!!:thumbsup2

We arrived about the same time in May and found the airport to be still fairly busy. We did not feel unsafe at all and there is plenty of signage to help you. Just know what level and side you need to be on when and you'll be fine.
We've also found that often when you arrive this late the ME coach is fairly empty, which MIGHT mean fewer stops. No guarantees but that has been our experience.
