Late Arrival and Cribs

We're staying at OKW in a few weeks (renting points) and I was hoping to gets some insight.

Our flight doesn't land until 10 PM and we're using ME, so I imagine we won't be getting to OKW until at least 11:15/11:30.

1) Am I right in assuming there's no food options that late at OKW?

2) We need two crib/pack and plays (our 11 month old twins will be with us, we have a 1 bd). Can I call the resort that morning to ask for them? My mother will already be there for a few days, should I have her request them so she can just bring them to the room when we arrive? Or maybe she could put the request in for us at the front desk? I just have this image in my mind of waiting for hours for the two cribs to be delivered.

Don't all the rooms come with 1 pack and play? If your mom is staying at the resort, there should be a pack and play in her room as well as yours.

If not, then I would have your mom go down that day and let them know that you will need an extra one.

You may want to try to get something to eat at the airport if any place there is still open when you land. Both Olivia's and Goods to Go will probably be closed. And I think the store closes at 10:30 or so.

Add to your reservation that you need an additional pack and play. When you check in ask them to bring it with your stuff to the room.

Does anyone know for sure whether or not One pack and Play will come with Your room at OKW? We're coming down in December and I didn't know if I needed to request one or if it will already be in the room based on our reservation with a One Year Old.

There is a Pack and Play in every DVC room- if you are in a Lockoff you will have two.
full size Cribs at OKW are a first come first serve they will NOT be in your room before you arrive-as this as a request only. you have 3 options.
1) use the pack and plays - you will need to the get the one from your Mother's room.
2) ask your Mother to request the cribs to her room -- you may mey not be close with either option so yoy may have a long walk and up and down stairs.
3) request them when you get there -- I have always gotten a crib and they may or may not fast...
I am sure you will get at least one crib or another Pak and Play however.
BTW not all of the resorts have full size cribs like OKW...
If they are young (under 1 year or so) I would use the P-n-P as the cribs are high and the side does not go down nor the matress up.

You might get your mom to pick up some food items that she could keep in her fridge for when you get there. I would think choices would be very limited at the airport and closed at OKW.
