How late do activities go until on deck 9?

I've read about noise from deck 9 being heard in deck 8 staterooms. I am curious about what activities are scheduled for deck 9 past, say 8:00PM. And, on how many nights for 7 day Magic (am guessing Wonder schedules would be different).

Thanks for an info!

Tropical deck party ends at about 11....other than that, no real evening activities

There could be crew members on the deck at any time of the night. That is when they do a lot of the maintenance work.

I would not think that they would do a lot of noisy stuff, but they could be polishing decks, rolling carts around etc.

The teens also have a pool party at the goofy pool one night. I don't necessarily think it will be noisy, but it did keep us from trying out our snorkle equipment.

And yes, the crew does a lot of maintenance at night. Our first night, I couldn't sleep, so I was wandering around about 3 oclock am. Lots of yellow coveralls washing down the decks, cleaning the chairs, etc. They had wet/dry type vacs running, but I don't think the noise would be heard below.

One group of kids had their pool party in the Mickey Pool one night but I can't remember what it was. I'm sure it is in the navigators.

The Tropicalifragelisticexpialdoscious deck party was 10 - 11:30 the day we left St. Maarten. The cms lead dancing until around 10:15 when the characters come out. The part continues and there is a fantastic buffet set up on the starboard side.

Thanks for the great photos Lisa.

I guess I'm a little worried about the noise from deck 9. I've read a number of threads about it. But, from what I gather, some of that noise will likely be coming from my family, as we will probably be at those celebrations/parties too! :bounce: :Pinkbounc :jester: :smooth:

Thank you for your input! Can't find this type of info anywhere else!
