We'll meet Tuesday, Jan. 25 at 4 PM. Let's say Papa's den if the weather is chilly and out at the picnic tables on Turtle Crawl if it's nice.

We'll be going to Disney the last week in January, but it will be Disneyland this time. I guess that's a bit too far to commute for a meet, huh?

The dates are off by a day, but the days of the week are what I'm going to go by, so it looks like right now Tuesday Evening is winning. I can't edit the poll, so just look at it as the days rather than the date. Sorry!

will they have a welcome home wednesday that week? i don't know if dh and i will go this time. last time we were there we weren't all that impressed (though i will say that trying to sit quietly in a big room with a toddler doesn't make for a great time! lol!)

Yea Tuesday evening! That would work perfect for us. A Dis-meet and then dinner at Le Cellier, what a great way to end a day at Disney.

I voted for the evening of the 27th--thinking THURSDAY. That's the day we arrive for my 60th birthday quick trip. In Orlando now, not enjoying the cold, wore two fleeces yesterday at DHS. I'm going to Illuminations tonight, probably in two fleeces again.

That time would work great for the reasons you mentioned. I am looking forward to meeting everyone in January.

OKAY! So it looks like TUESDAY is the preferred day, and now the question has come up "WHERE". I originally said Papa's Den at OKW. Is that something that still works for folks, or do you want to do somewhere else? We usually meet at a DVC resort, but in December we met at Epcot just before Illuminations.

Any suggestions other than OKW? I'm thinking around 4:00 PM.

Old Key West is ok for us. Would there be anywhere on the Boardwalk that might work? Maybe a section of the ESPN cafe or someplace in that area. Just a thought.

Last time I looked, ESPN was not a part of a DVC resort. Places like that tend to be too noisy to really do a comfortable meet. We tried Beaches and Cream once, and it was a total flop. We have successfully done several places in the Jambo lobby, the Kidani library, OKW Gurgling Suitcase, SSR Artist Palette and unsuccessfully Beaches and Cream. In December we met at Epcot kind of in conjunction with John's Owner's Locker meet. I really would like to keep it at a DVC resort again. We could do the lobby of either BC or BW, but because I have a large group with us in a GV this time, I would prefer OKW or SSR.
