weather here is AWESOME today. In the high 70's clear sky's!!! LOVE IT

The majority of the last two weeks has been like that here! Highs in the upper 70's and lows in the 50's! It's been beautiful!!

It's back to work tomorrow... My nine weeks have come and gone! Woe is me...

I start back on the 25th. I had 11 1/2 weeks off. Of course, I had to do my non-paid PTA work all summer.

And tomorrow and Monday I'm going to be up there working Registration, and then again on Tuesday filling back to school packs.

Are you still working at Kohl's at all Liz??

and yes Joe the Kids went back to school this past Monday-They're done by May 25th usually

Our boys went back on the 7th! If we don't have too many snow days they're supposed to get out the 19th or 20th of May.

And Pam-SIL is doing good so far-the calm before the storm I'm afraid -she still isn't allowed to bear any weight to the healing fracture for another 5 weeks-and then she has lots of pain from the pelvic bone cancer-but seems to be keeping her spirits up

Glad her spirits are still up!

I am really hating EBAY right now!!! -- ok maybe that's a little harsh, but a seller on ebay.

Its been over a month since we paid, and no item, no returned emails, no phone calls back after messages left. I had to take up a dispute with paypal!!! the seller has like 4000 feedbacks with a 99.7% positive feedback.....

DH and I have purchased over 900 items on ebay (mostly automotive) but this is the first time we have gotten STUCK on something!!!

I hope the paypal distute process works.

Do you have the seller's physical address? Most seller's aren't afraid of legal threats because they know you can't do much to them unless you're in the same state. I bought something once from a guy in PA. Same situation as you -no answers to email, no product, etc. - so I sent him a letter via US mail telling him that I was traveling to PA in about 10 days to visit relatives near where he lives (which I really wasn't doing) and if I didn't have my product before I left on my trip I would be forced to file a claim with the district attorney in his town. I had the product within the week!

I haven't done ebay much lately b/c of all the changes that have gone on. I used to buy/sell all the time.

Hopefully you'll get your $$ back.
