Joe what were you doing to lose all the weight that you did?
I joined starkpeople but I am not sure that is going to motivate my *** to get going and do something.
Motivation is definately the key.
I work out normally 4 - 5 days a week
30 minutes cardio
30 minutes weights
During meals, I've been trying to reduce carbs. Breads and pasta are whole grain.
