flooding water crested about 6 blocks from our house, so no damage at our place, however the town has a lot of damage. They are now getting ready to pick up all the sandbags to try to fend off bacteria and such. Now the fun part of cleaning up and fending off the mosquitos.

Hope the town manages to get through it all okay!

...I just got back from a business trip.......

....it has been really hectic here for the last week or so....last Tuesday was the 8th Grade Social, Thursday was a end-of-year meeting at the Bd of Ed, Friday evening was Dylan's graduation, and Monday I had ISS (in-school suspension) duty because 24 students cut school on Friday,,,

Yesterday afternoon was not a good day. Our German Shepard passed away. He just went to sleep and didn't wake up.

He was 11 years old and his hip was starting to give him some trouble. So now he is at peace.

Ashli is so upset.

That's a post from yesterday so now it's less than 4 days!

now it's TOMORROW!!!!

Just made out the check for the down payment for Matthew's braces! OUCH!

we only have 4 more payments for Travis's and another 1 1/2 years for Madison.... of course we'll be starting B up here pretty soon.

By the time we finish with all these braces we could buy a new car! Or at least fill up the one we have now :

Get this....
DH came home from the gym last week and said there was a black bear in the parking lot!

-I almost didn't believe him, but now the news is reporting a bear was killed when hit by a car about 3 miles from the gym-and not too far from our house!

too bad that animal control couldn't of sedated and moved the bear before this happened!!! They did that in Milwaukee when we lived there-a bear came into the city and was taken back to the Northwoods-Too sad for this poor bear
