Hope you're getting everything done.

I had to get up super early to do the schedule for work. I usually do it on Sunday nights but since I technically was still on vacation then I just didn't want to do it! But, now it's done!

Matthew was supposed to have freshman orientation at the high school today but they had to cancel it. They can't get the fire alarms to cooperate and, therefore, can't get their annual inspection/certification before the kids are allowed in the buildings. Matthew's thrilled but it is going to make Thursday - which is the first regular day of school - much more challenging since the freshman won't have a clue about what they're doing or where they're going and all the other kids will be there!

Um, I hope you didn't put any money on that bet!



We did have a nice time. We were just starting to get a few bites, but hadn't caught anything, when storms clouds rolled in - rather quickly. We heard thunder and we headed in. Our whole family has a very healthy respect for lightening so no one argued! As soon as we got to the dock and got the boat into the slip it started raining and then hailing!

So we went grocery shopping and got a few things for the boat, too.



You'll have such a nice time. How long will you be gone??

I did. I had a WONDERFUL trip. My Grandmother's 95th Surprise party was great.

We made it back last night-I was so exhausted with no sleep!

SIL had a great time with her daughters B-day party-she is trying to keep her spirits up and she did a good job!!!!

That has got to be hard for her.

They still haven't completely cleared students to go in the building alone - but if parents want to take them to the school tomorrow between 1 and 4 they can look around - as long as they're accompanied by a parent. So we'll probably try for that.

Evening Well my sisters are checking into WDW as I type-a little jealous,but not too bad since it's a wee hot!!!

My Oldest Sisiter is going to be in trouble since she could barely handle the heat here in Atl-she was amazed that at 11pm it was still almost 90 outside
