What happened?

To be honest. It seems like someone is stalking my posts. It's been like this for a long time. So even weeks after I make a post, someone digs it up and reports it, just to harass me.

But why is the RUM always gone?

Usnuz probably doesn't need it, but yes it is a real phone. It is designed for old people who can't deal with technology. There are two versions, there is the one with the larger buttons for dialing, or the one that we got for Fran's father. It has three buttons, well it seems they don't have that one now. But it was cool one was call, one was hang up and the other was emergency. We created a "call list" online for him. All he had to do was press "call" and say, I want to talk to "Tommie", or "Fran" and we had anyone he would want to talk to in his call list. There was an operator on duty to take the call.

Unfortunately, he couldn't even figure out how to use that phone.

Wait a second, is that the one made for children? Not offense meant, I am being serious.

The Landboard seems very clicky to me....a lot more of a younger set than those that hang out here...not that there is anything wrong with that.

The Community Bored is very clicky. There are threads where the dissers have been friends for a long time.
If you check out some of the more popular PTR/TRs on the WDW section of the board, you'll also find there there is a core click there as well.

The Photoboard is incredibly clicky....like I mentioned before, it took well over 5 months of hanging out on that board before anyone would talk to me. And now there are the scavenger hunt people that I hang out with.

The Games board are the friendliest. They might not chat but we like playing the games with each other. There are a couple of the games with the "ask a question" style that are nice to hang out. You get to find out about the other gamers on those threads.

And speaking of subforums....Alison....I signed up for an exchange on the exchange board this month. My first ever!

It was a cookbook exchange and it is run once a year. I was lucky to spot it....

You have to send a local cookbook from your state to another Disser.

I got one from Long Island. It was really cool to look forward to a parcel in the post.

If I'm around next year, I reckon I'm going to sign up for it again.

I don't disagree. I mean people stick to threads that they like. I think the DL side is really clicky because there isn't many people there compared to the WDW side. People get to know each other better. Same topic specific thread likewith the pic threads, only some care about posting a competative photo each day so they get to know each other. In some thread I don't like how newcomers get reduce for asking an old repetitive question.
