Last PS Time in Epcot Restaurants?

When is the latest PS time that is typically available for restaurants in Epcot? We would like to go into Epcot for a meal at one of the WS restaurants after leaving MK or MGM at around 7:30 or 8:00. Although Epcot officially closes at 9:00, guests are still there long after 9:00 for Illuminations and the shops are usually still open during and after Illuminations. Do the restaurants continue to seat people right up until 9:00, or is there an earlier cutoff? Thanks for any info.

Generally 7:45 is the cut off for PS at any of the restaurants.

We've had PS as late as 8:30 before. Several times in fact.

All the WS shops seem to close promptly at 9pm though so you need to do your shopping prior to eating. Some of the shops toward the front of Epcot stay open a bit later, but they're quite crowded at park closing.
