last planning questions if you don't mind!

my apologies for all of my questions but you lot are just so helpful. this is my first trip with my little family, previous two i was the 'kid' so no need for me to plan! so if you don't mind i just have a couple of questions:

1) what toiletries do you get in the rooms at the SL? just wondering what i need to bring with me and what i can leave behind

2) i read somewhere you can hire a kettle, any idea how much this would be?

3) and basically just wondering if anyone has any must do/see bits that i might not normally think of?! got 1 yr old and 3 adults if that makes any difference

Hi at SL you'll get soap and shampoo/shower gel in tiny bottles. Yes you can hire a kettle, I don''t think you pay a deposit there just ask at concierge for one. You can also buy a snack pack with coffee, tea, milk and biscuits, but it is quite expensive so probably better to bring your own.
You will have a really nice walk to the parks around the lake and through the Village (perfect with a pushchair) which is preferable than getting the shuttle buses unless the weather is awful!

thanks for the reply! am hoping to take some cup a soups and pot noodles for in the room in the evenings so that's what the kettle will be for!

sorry for the additional question but what about like flannels & towels? what do you get if anyone can remember?

i usually take my own toiletries. the shampoo is an all in one shampoo/ shower gel and i used it once on my dd's hair and it felt horrible the next day.

Hi, you'll get fairly standard bath, hand and face towels for 4 people in the room. They will change them every day if you put them in the bath. You can hire towels at the pool, take them from the room or bring your own.

also can you buy wrapping paper on site? i'm guessing you can but just wanna check! xxx
