I had a co/worker who we lost to it, and she would amaze me everyday! She was soooo stong thru all of it. She was always so positive thru it all. I hope if I need the strength I can be half as strong as she was!
Day one Camp was underwater. It had rained so much that the field was underwater in places. I walked to ankle deep water to take a shower. Lucky for me my tent was in a dry area. But my tentmate had all the tarps in her bag which I didn't have and it poured rain about 2:00 in the morning.
So I got a little wet.
Needless to say I had DH meet me at Camp at the end of yesterday and I came home to sleep. Than he took me back first thing this morning. And at dinner last night it started pouring rain. So I was guess not to have to be in a wet tent again.

3-day and 60 miles is NOTHING compared to what they have to deal with on a daily basis. My 3-day is over. My Blisters will heal. And I will resume my normal crazy life. Not the same for them. I walked along side of allot of survivor who are amazing women. I take my hats off to them.
