Woohoo!!!!! We get an extra night! Staying Saturday, 10/22, at the Contemporary Tower! Couldn't get anything at the POLY where the rest of our stay will be but that's just as well because I'd like the boys to see what the Contemporary is like. DH, DD and I stayed there many years ago, before the boys came along!

DH works off-duty security work and has been "hiding" his money so this extra night is going to be paid for with that money and I don't have to feel guilty! Tomorrow's my birthday. DH says it's my birthday present!

I'm so excited!!!!! And we're going to keep this extra night a secret from the boys. We were planning to stay somewhere off-site that night so I doubt they'll suspect anything. We'll just tell them that we want to look around at the Contemporary before we check in to the "off-site" hotel!

Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy!!!

It was very good. DD has Straight A's. She is doing very well in Class and very nice, friendly and always willing to help others.

That's great! She sounds just like my middle DS. Straight A's, perfect citizenship, etc. Now youngest DS and older DD make up for him!

I'm lucky, too. All my kids have always loved school. DD has always been a great student but she's "book smart / common sense dumb." She's a criminal justice major right now!

Youngest DS loves school but it's always been a struggle for him. He's starting to do better but always plugs along and does his best!

How old are you children?

Wow Criminal Justice is a good one.

DD will be 20 next week,
one DS is 16,
one DS will be 13 on 10/15
and
one DS is 11

DD is a junior this year, Criminal Justice is her major and she's planning to be a lawyer. At least that's the plan now.

DS 16 is a sophmore in high school. He has Down Syndrome and he takes both regular and special ed classes.

DS 13 (almost) is in 8th grade.

DS 11 is in 6th grade.

So, now you know all about the kiddos!
