I clean my house and 5 minutes later it doesn't look like I touched it.

The geese are already heading for Florida-they are smarter than most I think,that's why we're moving to Atlanta soon-all four seasons,but not as severe!!!!!

I saw a flock fly over head yesterday

i told them NO it's too early but they didn't listen just headed south

I clean my house and 5 minutes later it doesn't look like I touched it.

At least now I know I'm not alone! Try living with 3 boys (and a DH that's as bad as the three boys)! That's why the only reason I can do housework is when they're all out of the house!

Not my DH-he's Mr.Perfect, always reminding me and the kids that we left something out and need to pick up after ourselves!!!!

Got the results of DH lab work last night

looks like I have to totally change the way we eat

His cholestoral is WAY out of wack and they say he is most likely gonna be diabatic and with his family history that is not GOOD

his dad died at 53 from his 8th heart attack
his grandad was dead at 55
and his uncle is 49 and had 2 heart attacks and triple by pass ( dad had that too)

DH was always in a denial like it can't happen to me

well dear the test results say different

Well the first step is done-test results Admitting there is a problem is half the the battle!!!

-my FIL has a bad history too and so far so good,has outlived all those who died at an early age-did have a heart attack-small one and then had bypass surgery-is doing much better

and if cholestrol can't be controlled by diet-or it's way too high-he should consider a statin drug-reduces the levels and has many other benefits-it was just in the news again on how it helps prevent bone loss(i think that's what i heard)

yeah as soon as he got the results he snapped out of it
and is saying how he is not gonna be like his Dad

i sure hope he means it

his Dad never did anything to try and improve his health
just ate what ever he wanted
no exercise

at least we have a good Dr

she knows the family history well and told DH we are gonna attack this problem aggresivly and you are gonna be OK if you will listen to Kayla and me

Due to history and how high it is she is starting him on Meds right away
he still has to change his diet but she is not messing around with him

so between me and her he doesn't stand a chance

i do have to say he is doing good so far

had a grocery list all done before i even got home last night
all stuff to improve eating around here

My Dad was Navy took years to get that out of him and sometimes he will slip back into it

My brother was Army first than joined the coast guard

just got out totally about 2 years ago and he is horrible i swear you could bounce a quarter on his bed
everything has to be in it's place and all


I keep telling him to relax
