We're staying here, I think we'll be pretty safe here. When Tropical Storm Allison hit a few years ago this side didn't flood at all!!! I wish we has lived here then!!

We had some of that today. We haven't had rain in a week and we were not really expected to get some so my Boss went and had his car detailed. Guess what happened shortly after the guy was done....
