we FINALLY got the new carpet installed!!

The humidifier was installed Feb 2nd, we found the leak on Feb 24th, they came and checked on it Mar 8th. Fixed the problem Mar 12th.

and the replacement carpet came today, May 4th!!

that was over three months

At least it's all over now, isn't it???

I would love to get new carpet in the family room. DH and I were just talking before he left for work about the home improvement projects we want to get done!

We received your little present and dh and I were just talking about how the LTPers are closer to us than most of our "real" family. It's taken awhile, but he's finally come to terms with how much we all mean to each other He actually yells at me when I don't find time to DIS!!

My DH is the same way. He really realized how close we all are when I was sick.

no, but I have an indoor 2-person jacuzzi in my bathroom....and I don't use it as much as I thought I would...but the kids enjoy it when I fill it with bubbles and lately DH likes to soak when his body hurts. I love baths, but don't have the time to use it often.

DH and I are considering getting a hot tub for our deck. I think we'd get a lot of use out of it but he thinks the novelty would wear off. I really think I'd be out there even in the snow.

HI everyone,

I got a nice surprise in the mail today a LTP contact list! thanks for sending it to me! I feel so out of touch with you all and my contact page shows I have not been a good friend!

And to you all I am so sorry! I can not express how much I miss you all!

Things at work have been rough for what feels like forever and it has gotten me very sad! I have been in such a funk and I can't seem to get my self out of it!

our crazy Saturday has started!

baseball from 930-10:30 (opening day ceremonies)
soccer games @ 11 am & 12 pm & 4pm
baseball @ 12 pm 3:30 pm

dh and I are basically going to be at opposite parks all day today.
We figured we meet back at the house around 2:45 to grab some lunch and then we're off again!

Better you than me Liz-I never let my kids play Baseball due to all the practice and game schedules

Soccer was bad enough with 2 kids playing-adding baseball would be insane!!!!
