Hurricane you know they are coming and can prepare for them. But the tornandos just pop up and make a mess.

14 people are reported as dead.

VERY SCARY...just like earthquakes....little to no warning at all

When I lived in the midwest, most the homes had basements you could hide in...around here, hardly anyone has a basement...I would think Florida is similar to us in that respect....so scary

Man the destruction caused by those tornados was really bad-and now they are reporting at least 19 died-so sad!!!!

Does anyone know if WDW got effected from the storms??? I hope not we're going to be there in 2 weeks-I hope all this nasty weather moves on-and improves over the next 2 weeks!!!!

Yes Earthquacks would freak me out also. No warning and there is nothing you can do but ride it out and pray.

and my sister is meeting up with us with her DD & DS for a couple of our activities...should be fun. I just need to tidy up the house and feed/clean the animals and we are set

tomorrow. By the time I was booking, the earliest flight was after 8:00 p.m....so tomorrow is good. We can wake up at our normal time, eat, go to the airport and fly over, pick up a car and then should be at the children's center around the time they open

No we are going to do it next friday night. By the time I was able to get a hold of someone and speak to them about setting it up it was too late to send out the invitations and get responces back.

Plus her B-day is Superbowl Sunday so I figured people would be busy this weekend with plans.

We are going to take her out to dinner and do cake and ice cream with family this weekend.
