with Terri and Wes and the others or if it will just end too


I would think the Zoo will stay open

we have always wanted to go but AUstralia is so far away

I'm sure the Zoo will go on-We would love to go to Australia too-but the air fare alone would be too much-plus who wants to be on an airplane for close to 15-20hrs

On Good Morning America this morning I swear I heard Bill Weir(sp?) say that his (Steve Irwin) wife hasn't heard the news yet.

I always thought Sting Rays wern't that harmful around divers. But again I heard this on the news but, I heard that Tiger Sharks eat Sting Rays (?) and maybe the Tiger Shark was chasing the Sting Ray, and the Sting Ray came across (Steve Irwin) and it couldn't tell the difference between a diver and the Tiger Shark. Or maybe it felt threatened.

That one way to look at it-I'm sure he would never think it could of happened!pierced his heart!-I guess he was scuba diving-so it went thru a wet suit too-man it sounds so freaky

I didn't know that a sting ray's stinger could be that dangerous. I mean, a sting on the leg wouldn't kill you right?

Well I guess the venum(sp?)/poison got straight to the heart. I mean if someone were to stab you through the heart than you'd die correct?

I'm sure he was picking it up and making it scared or some other weird thing-he always took chances-so it's shocking it happened,but I'm sure he knew he faced the possibility that one day he could be fatally injured-just such a waste

any injury to the heart can kill you-you just have to hit the heart at the wrong time-when the heart is firing an impluse to beat-if you interupt it that's all it takes-some times it can't get the impulse back/sometimes not-so you need to be shocked backed into a regular beat-he might of been saved with a defibilator-maybe not it just depends on the poisen and how it works
