Hi-ya! Getting a late start this am. I am just taking advantage of the last few days of summer You are probably getting ready to go home soon. any fun plans for the weekend?

Seems like all I do is come here with Problems lately

but I really need you guys to Pray for my Nephew

I got a call last night that my Nephew Gavin

had his leg run over by a Lawn Mower

they air lifted him to the Hospital with the biggest best Trauma ER in the area

but I know nothing I hope I can get ahold of someone in the AM

he will be 5 tomorrow

some birthday

I have no idea how serious it is but it can't be good when the use the

helicopter

OMG! I will keep everyone in your family in my thoughts and prayers.

small update on my nephew

he has a broken leg

he is in stable condition

and his 14 year old brother was operating the mower

i havne't talked to his mom yet

hope to hear from her soon

well that is some good news, I'd rather have a broken leg then anything else the mower could have given. I bet his brother is feeling bad.

Yep getting ready to head to school to do my time. Than off to Sam's. Have to get ready for my Fundraising Dinner tomorrow.

I Sams and Costco. DH thinks I'm nuts, but I love to walk around there!!! can never get out with out spending a little money either

My stress level is about Maxed out and nowDH hits me with

I really don't want the kids spending so much time up there

watching your Grandfather die


I know it isn't the best situation

but it isn't like they just sit there in the room

they have things to do

and I have to work

and mom needs the breaks

I know he is just looking out for the girls but

I didn't need the added stress

If the girls aren't in the room with him all the time, I wouldn't worry too much. They are prob good for your mom -- to see a little joy and happiness, as well as helping out with other things around the house. you all need your rest, so everyone is giving what they can. My DH hates sickness, hospitals, and death sooooo much he says things like that all the time.

found out it was a Tractor not a lawn mower

his parents are still at the hosptal with him

the hospital won't tell me anything

I havne't heard from anyone yet

and i can't go down cause i have to take my DD to the Dr this afternoon

her chest pains are back and they are worse ( i think stress may be part of it

but they want to see her)

this morning is our "Back to school" day at school. It is when we get to see who the kids teachers are and pay all our fees.

And I'm sure I'll have mounds and mounds of paperwork to fill out....especially with 4 kids!

good luck, hope they get the teachers they wanted

Pretty good. I am sitting here working on the list of stuff I need to buy today and figuring out what I left to do before tomorrow.

I am having a spaghetti dinner tomorrow for a fundraiser for my walk.

So far I sold 28 tickets for dinner.

So that should be fun.

i have been so busy with LM and getting ready for our cruise i really have not had time to come here... everytime i get a chance to come here everyone is gone... glad to see some others here this morning

Yea still looks like he will. He said when he was at drill this month they said if they get actavated that he will get his warning orders in october, then in jan. they he will get his 48 hr call. Then they will go to CA, to a place out there i cant spell.. LOL, for 6 weeks then off to the mid east for 6 months.....

yikes. I'll keep him and his unit in my prayers also.
