Good morning

I get home last night to NO PHONES, and NO INTERNET.

Call the phone company and of course it all automated. Computer checks the line and than comes back to tell me there is not a problem on their end. HELLO - I DON'T EVEN HAVE A DIAL TONE!!

This happens EVERY TIME we have heavy rain. I am really getting sick of it.

we fixed it by moving!!!!!!!!

It really is insane. But he likes to impress people and he feels like that is the way to do it I GUESS!

I just love conversing with automated customer service!! It is just so personal

I have the same problem with Comcast

She tried to give me instruction to see if I can find the problem. Nope I don't think so. Than she said well it might cost you a service charge to have someone come out.

Nope I don't think so. I have a plan that pays for that. NOW JUST SEND SOMEONE OUT!

Than I get the whole well the next available tech is tomorrow between the hours of 8-2 WTH - You can give me a smaller window.
