And cleaning house, doing laundry and than off to seal the deal for my Mom's new place. Wish us luck that everythings goes smooth and according to planned.

Yes it is GREAT! And the lady told me she is trying to be out of there by the 24th. So that means we can get in and clean, paint and rip out the carpet and stuff before we have to move my mom in on the 30th of June.
