2 really nice young families!!! One who's family is already living in the neighborhood(so grandma will be close by) and the other really nice couple with 2 kids-they wrote the offer before they left!!!

I can't believe this is finally happening!!!

Finally-Just when I was starting to get discouraged now we have two young families bidding over the house-so highest offer wins!!!!

then we have to wait for the inspections and financing to come thru-but looks like we will be out of here by the 7th of July!!!!

Well if the financing falls thru with one couple you can always contact the other one.

They will put they're bid in tomm(they were upset that the realtor didn't have more contracts with him)-then we have to counter-offer-but loooks good so far-the 1st bid was only 10,000 short of the asking price

so whoever offers the most wins the bid!!!!!

I think the inspections should go smooth-just worried about the sewer inspection-but it works good-so it should be just fine-I always worry-so until the closing is over-I'm going to be a Nervous Nellie
