either way I am glad everything was OK.

Right at midnight!!! We had driven over 400 miles and were only about 7 miles from the hotel!!! It was on a busy two lane road and I was so nervous with DH trying to fix it, standing between the trailer and the van. He was able to fix it just enough that we could move, at a snail's pace. There was a 24-hour Walmart only about 1/2 mile from where it happened so we were able to get a new trailer ball there.
