Chicken is in the oven. Should be in done soon. I am so hungry.

I guess everyone is busy.

Well after Church this morning we decided to stop for breakfast. We all get out of the car. DD gets out on DH's side of the car and they both head the back of the car to cross the parking lot to go to the resturant. I get to the back of the car in time to see a Truck coming at them but I notice that DH has DD so all is okay. The truck stops and DH and DD go to walk behind just as the guys decides he is going to back up WITHOUT LOOKING.
DH Yells and Grabs DD out of the way. I am about level with his window so I yell also. He is so busy talking on the cell phone he didn't notice they were back there. He looks at me and mouths "Sorry". WTH.

There was a crowd of people waiting at the door and saw all this take place. I couldn't believe it.

Well we get into the Resturant sit down and I think it hits DD and I what almost happened. She looks at me with tears in her eyes. So we held onto each other real tight. Somebody was looking out for us today.

Whew! I'm so glad to be done with it all!

not untill tonight, probably around 10 or 10:30. Bert went to the Rodeo tonight, but he wants to go, so we're gonna wait for him to get back

I'm glad we don't have a state income tax in Tx. One less thing to worry about!

It's a real pain! And we always end up owing, even if just a little. This year we have to pay $152.
