I'm planning to talk to my boss today about taking some time off in the end of October for my cruise (if I can get it scheduled). The biggest problem is that with the changes we've had at work there is no one that can fill in for me on weekdays so I'll have to rely on the managers to do more than usual in covering my job too. Wish me luck!

I found out the boss is going on vacation the last week of October so that's out. But other than that, he just said to do what I need to do to cover it and he'll make sure we can work it out.

Now Andrew said this morning that he's got his PSAT scheduled for sometime in October (news to me) so he has to find out from his teacher when that is. She was out today but hopefully she'll be there tomorrow.

Pam hasn't been around for a while either!! She's the "official popcorn supplier." Hope everything is okay there.

What a day I had at work today. They are replacing the sidewalks in front of our store. We spent the day with a haze of dust through the whole store. I don't see how construction workers do it!

They only did half and hopefully they will get the other half done tomorrow. If they finish tomorrow then Saturday and Sunday will be major cleaning days and I'm off both days.
