I know it does seem a bit early-DS(middle one) went on one at that age- to our friends house-it was really hard to leave him-I left a note in his bag and everything-and lectured him all the way there about what not to do and to be polite

I even stay at all the b-day parties that she goes to. :scratchin I wonder if I can sleepover also. :confused3

OK-My life is about to get busy again-see you all later or sometime tommorow :wave2:

I finally got caught up and now I have to go get everything ready for the jam packed weekend before I go to bed.

So basically you are telling me I have to move to get control of my house. :teeth:

:sad2: Watch it though. I moved and didn't get control of my house. That's pretty much when I lost control of it! :rotfl: But I have figured out part of the problem...when you pack up all that stuff and move, you're supposed to get to the new house and unpack it all before filling the new house with new/other stuff. We moved in here 15 years ago and I've got boxes in the basement that I never unpacked after the move!!!!

I AM NOT A MOVER!!! I have only moved twice in my life. And I am NOT in any hurry to do it again.

so I will live in this piggy pen and like it. Or start cracking the whip and getting it under control. And making the other help.

I actually added the figure for laquer sousaphones, not silver. The silver would be $26,000

Hopefully, our school built for 650 kids, that has 900+ kids, will finally have the addition built that was suppose to be build back over the summer. The county is lazy though, so yea. And maybe before I graduate the new band/arts center will be built.

I think part of our problem is that we have outgrown out house.

it is the perfect time to sell but not to buy. And I am not into moving. So I guess I need to figure out a way to deal with what I have got.

A little off topic...but Kelli - I cannot believe the housing costs there! OMG! We got a new county appraisal on our property here yesterday and it went up quite a bit. So it got me to wondering how much our old house down there may have gone up. So I went to the county appraisers site!!! We sold for around 159,000 in 1989. The fair market value of that house now is $616,000! I could not believe it!

DD's doctor mentioned that they could still hear her LOUD murmur is still there. :worried:

The Cardiologist says that it is an innocent one but still freaks me out.

Hello...

Just practicing on a crappy tuba. The guy in the chair above me decided to play the tuba I was using instead of the one he had, and since we use school instruments, and he is the higher chair, I had to give it to him. So now I am practicing to challenge him and get my tuba back.

I remember when my DD went through all that. She and one other girl went back and forth with first chair all through high school.

WHERE the heck did you live?

Our neighbor is selling his house for close to $300,000. I am like NO WAY! And he has people interested.

Our probelm is we can afford it sell but not buy. No way to I want to be house poor. And that is what would happen if we sold our house now.

We would have to rent until the Market bubbles pops and than buy. NO THANKS!!!

::yes:: :blush:

I am really trying to change.

Housing is cheap hear compared to the rest of the nation. My aunt lives an hour outside of DC, and when she had a new house built less than a year ago, the company wanted $10,000 to build a 10 by 12 deck on the back of the house.
