Yep!! DH had a blue corvette when we were dating. Now it's mini-vans and pick-up trucks! Of course, what would we do with a corvette in these mountains!

Morning!!! Just wanted to pop in and say hi.

No school today, no sure what exactly "we" have planned, but I am sure it will involve going out into the COLD!! although its much warmer today projected high of 13!!!!!!

My DDs boyfriend has a Monte Carlo now. What a difference from back in the 70's and 80's!

I wanted one!! but settled for a "family car" instead!!!

We just decided to go Saturday. We thought of going yesterday to get out of here before some snow and sleet hit. But then they changed the forecast so that the snow and sleet was supposed to come in Monday afternoon. But guess what we've got now! Snow and sleet! So we'll leave as soon as the roads are clear enough!

we have various cars in various stages of restoration..... I agree they were/are cool, but some days, I'll take my "new" car!!!!

I'd like to think that I had some part in making them "new" again, but DH is mostly responsible, I am the ----"RUN TO NAPA" part of the fix it crew. But I do get to sit in them just the same.

Today I want to
1) finish the laundry
2)clean off the coffee table (thats where we dump when we come into the house)
3) get 40 more posts by the end of the day

We have about 2" of snow, school has been cancelled because of the snow on the ground and the fact that there is more on the way and, of course, DOT has not been out to do anything to the roads yet!

We all have off for presidents day. No snow, but REALLY COLD!!!.
