Kim - I have to agree you don't look 48. I would have said late 30's.

I have had long hair all my life. Except for twice once in 4th grade BIG MISTAKE and another time in High school. My parents went out of town and I thought it would be cool to go and get my hair cut short. My Dad loved my long hair. Man he was not a happy camper when I got home. And it didn't help that I hated it myself. I cried for days after I walked out of the hair salon.

Was it a 4th grade thing?? I got MY hair cut short in 4th grade too! (okay, here's where I REALLY 'date' myself ~ my hair looked like Mickey Dolenz of the Monkees when they first had their show on TV... or mebbe it was Davey Jones, well, YOU get the picture...)
