then take some ibuprofen(anti-inflam) and some claritin-it will help a lot!!! especially with the sinuses

OK girls-time for me to go take a nap-I have to work my dredded 12 hour night shift tonight-and DH kept me awake most of the night with his sinus cold-yippy
