DH gets his Christmas Present his Tattoo

but i won't be on tonight because after that we are finishing shopping for the igrls

Steph have you heard from the girls how are they doign at their Dad's or do you get no contact after they leave?????????

I am having Christmas dinner at my house this year for the first ime ever
and I don't cook normally DH does

SO i have never cooked a Ham but Hey I have 2 more days to figure out the easiest way

DH says "we don't need the money you make bad enough for anyone to treat you like garbage so if she starts just walk out"
so at least I know i have his support

You're so lucky that your DH supports you like that. My DH is the same way.

I have posted before that my MIL and we do not get along well (that is an understatement) but DH and I are trying for the girls
So we plan on doing Christmas eve at her house with her and her boyfriend
who BTW was FIL"s Best friend and moved in 1 month or so after his wife died but that is another story

so last night MIL calls her DBF grandaugher who was 24 died yesterday morning from injuries from car accident last week

they had bought her a bunch of clothes for christmas but he doesn't want to return them to the store so on top of my girls already christmas gifts he want to give her gifts to my Girls (she was tiny so they will fit)
even the rug latch hook kits and all

just seems a little strange to me
and 1 now my kids are getting ALOT of gifts and they know these were for his grandaugher so they are as my DD put it "gettting the dead girls presnts" and she feels weird about it they didn't know the granddaughter

So Dh and I decided we will go to the wake out of respect for his Mom I guess SIL and BIL called we all talked none of us get along with MIL and DBF but we feel we should go to the Wake

It is just very confusing and weird

Yeah they are!! They're my favorite!! That's why when my couin/godson gradutated from the Marines I was more than happy to fly to San Diego for his graduation & I love when he calls b/c he always makes me talk to his friends
