I've got a great recipe (somewhere) for a coffee cake that you make in a springform pan. It has an apple pie filling in the middle of the coffee cake!

That sounds sooooo good! Kathy you're making sooo much stuff!! It all sounds soooo good!!

Lucky you having someone to make you cheesecake! if I want some I always go to flying saucer to buy it They have the best pie, plus you can buy it by the slice so I always end up getting a whole pie of different slices from each kind

I used to make a lot of candies like this. I used to make white roses for Valentine's day. But I haven't as much since the kids are getting older.

Ok I was cheking out expedia and I found a non stop flight & hotel room for a few days in July for $400, sounds pretty good to me!

That doesn't sound bad at all if it includes the flight and the hotel!

Yup & the hotel has a shuttle service so it can pick me up at the airport

I may be able to plan to get there a little earlier than you so that I can pick you up. We'll work on that.

And it'll work out well that I'm gonna be driving so we'll have a vehicle for those of you that are flying.

Yeah I did it about a week ago, I have to fly non-stop though b/c I'm sooo scared I'll end up somewhere I don't want to be, or my stuff will get lost. I've seen airline too many times Plus I would prob book though the disney website so I can add the dining plan. My mom will make me get it b/c she knows I won't eat so I can shop more I really should be more responsible when I vacation alone!
