I was at the Contemporary last night and caught the fireworks from MNSSHP from the 4th floor balcony. What an amazing display. It was so much better than Wishes or any other display of fireworks at WDW. I was left in total awe!

The fireworks were amazing, especially the 360 degree display. I'd never seen fireworks all the way around the park before, so that was an awesome display. DH said he thinks the finale was the best one he'd ever seen.

I'm so excited about our toddlers seeing the fireworks for the first time. Just a month and a half to go!

Last night was the first Halloween Party, I wonder if they cooked up something special for the parties or if it was just Wishes? :confused3

Lucky you. I would love to see the MNSSHP edition of Wishes. I guess I'll just have to live with seeing MVMCP Wishes this year. Have a great trip!

No, it wasn't just Wishes. It was a completely different fireworks display, Halloween-style. :) It was the first year they've done something different, from my understanding.

The special Halloween version of Wishes is spectacular. I love the 360 thing. I also think the images of the villians on the castle is so cool!

Great to know this! We saw the "old" Halloween fireworks last year during the party and have seen Wishes a gazillion times (yes we're addicts and proud of it! :teeth: ). This will be an added thing to look forward to on Thursday night! Thanks for the heads up!

Peggy love the picture with Elijah Wood!

on my balcony Friday night, watching the fireworks. They were totally incredible. The best I've ever seen. They even shut down the monorail and all water transportation during the event. It was super cool.

For anyone going to see MNNSHP fireworks stay back as far as you can on main st. we were in the circle in front of the castle and alot od the fireworks were blocked out by the castle. By the way they were very nice and almost wothe the 35 bucks a person ...LOL

We were there Thursday and Friday. We stood in front of Crystal Palace. They are absolutely beautiful. The Thursday fireworks did not have the 360 degree fireworks

Oops, did not notice that my grandson was logged in. He just created an account today. I need to check his profile!

We saw the fireworks during MNSSHP fri and I have to say they were awesome. I have never seen something so spectacular before. I agree they were almost worth the admission price. LOL

It was asked upthread, but does anyone know if hallowishes is just on party nights or is it every night this month?

Last year we took my sister and her friend for their first time to Disney World. We went to MNSSHP and I was so excited for them to see Wishes and so dissappointed when it was nothing like Wishes at all. I don't know what they're showing this year.

It WAS VERY cool, I just wanted them to see Wishes. For every party, MNSSHP or MVMCP, they have the fireworks that go around the whole thing at the end. Usually, for parties Wishes is in white AND colors, rather than all white. For MNNSHP last year, the whole show was completely different, it really was very neat though and after I got over my dissappointment of them not seeing Wishes, I now would like to see the Halloween fireworks that we saw last year again. :teeth:

Since we're going in November this year, it will have to be next year.

Hallowishes is only on party nights and it starts at 9:15pm. I was there on Friday night in front of Crystal Palace and they were spectacular. I thought that Wishes fireworks were really the cream of the crop. Now I am so glad we went to MNSSHP this year because Hallowishes is definitely worth the price of admission. Anybody that is going this month you'll love it. And expect to come home with bags full of candy. Would it be wrong to hand that out to the trick or treaters on Halloween :rolleyes1? Who am I kidding, the candy will be long gone before then. :p
