Hi guys, we are a family group of 13 going oct/nov (from uk) however 2 members of the group have to fly back 3 days early so I wanted to book something fun and Disneyfied for their last night for the whole of our group.

chef mickeys is an option as we like collecting the pictures,
Or
Ohana? ( we've never tried this)
1900 park fare?

basically something really fun preferably with characters (tho not essential)
We are staying offsite and aren't on dining plan

Many thanks! Any advice greatfully received!

:)

I recommend Chef Mickey's (although the photo aren't included in the price, just in case you didn't know) or Cinderella's Royal Table (photos included, but it's much more expensive. No Mickey Mouse, but princesses, and you get to eat in the castle!!)

Those are my 2 very Disney-ey favourite eating experiences in WDW!! :goodvibes:wizard:

Chef Mickeys is a great one for the characters. this is our sons favorite place to go!

1900 Park Fare is our new favorite. The step sisters are loud and downright fun! :) (and I like the food better here.)

Ohana--- havent been for a while, but this would be fun with a big group. You can hula dance at one point, and there is entertainment. (no characters though). The food is served family style, and then there are people walking around with meats etc on sticks. (like a Brazilian bbq). Their dessert is awesome!! :)

1900 Park Fare would be my choice. The characters are very funny and the food is very good, much better than Chef Mickey's. ::MinnieMo

I must say the ugly sisters do look fantastic fun!
Is the food good for kids at 1900? Is it a buffet? ..
I'll go check it out,
Pricewise is there much difference with chef mickey and 1900? .. I think we are going to do a dinner then wishes afterwards :)

My suggestions are dependant on the age of the group and the day of the week.

1. The Grand Gathering Safari Celebration--dinner at Tusker House with live music, dancing and characters. And a slo mo through Kilimanjaro Safari. We loved it! (need park tickets)

2. Pirates and Pal Fireworks Cruise. See wishes, have dessert, capt hook and Mr Smee...(no park tickets)

1) Chef Mickey's is fun, but worst food of any character meal
2) For other large-group fun things, try
. . . Hoop Dee Do Review
. . . Tusker House (best character meal food), then Safari
. . . rent a pontoon boat
