I am looking for something to do on our last night in Orlando/Disney. We aren't going to the parks on our last full day. Every trip I wind up kind of depressed the last day knowing it's about to end. Since, we won't be in the parks I kind of was looking for something to plan to look forward too, rather than thinking all day that this is it. Any idea's?

hmmm...I might tour the other resorts....to get good ideas for next time.....have a fun character dinner like Chef Mickeys....shop at Downtown Disney ? (never been) do the virtual stuff there? Watch the fireworks from the Poly beach (while having a fruity umbrella drink?) plan and dream for next time!!!

p.s. looks like we will be at Disney within an hour of each other! Will you be wearing your lime green ribbons???? what is your itinerary??? see you there!!:Pinkbounc ::MinnieMo

I never like to do anything big on the last day/night, because then the separation trauma is too intense. It's easier for me to leave WDW if I have a more slow laid-back hang around kind of time than if I go to Chef Mickey's then MK and ride Space Mountain and then get on the flight home. Too much of a shock for my system!
We're planning the old faithful Downtown Disney, just walking around, then hanging out at the resort after we check out, since they hold the bags. It's much easier for me to leave WDW this way.

Tinkie--- we are staying off site-- we have a split stay between Sheraton Safari and Nikki Bird Holiday Inn (both priceline hotels). We are doing 3 parks days & 1 water park---

We 2/10-- MK- then to MGM just for Fantasmic

Fr 2/12-- MGM 1/2 day then to Epcot

Sa 2/13-- BB or TL

Su 2/14-- AK-- then to MK for Spectro.

We also have a PS on our arrival day for dinner at Chef Mickeys.

I still have the lime ribbon attached to my backpack from our last trip this past fall. Look for it::yes:: !!!!!!!!

Since you are staying off site, you will have a car to get around, why don't you check out Ibidusa.com they offer a lot of neat offsite adventures. We are planning to do a few. Fun spot action park looks like lots of fun. They have bowling, skating, golf and lots of fun places to eat. You bid on GC's but if you don't have time they also offer coupons you can use for a discount.
